Privacy policy

Updated October 26, 2026. This covers cognizantleader.com and the strategic planning tool at plan.cognizantleader.com, both run by Cognizant Leadership, 1122 Lady Street, Suite 1100F, Columbia, SC 29201.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account, including from Google if you sign in with Google. We ask Google only for your name, email address and profile picture.
• What you enter in your plan: answers, ratings, initiatives, check-ins, and any files you upload.
• Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as when you last signed in.

How we use it

• To run the planning tool and save your plan.
• To draft suggestions with AI. The parts of your plan needed for a draft are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI, and are not used to train its models.
• To send reminders about your plan by email or notification, which you can turn off.
• So your coach, Kevin Williams, can read your plan and leave notes on it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run the tool: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI drafting) and Google (email and sign-in). Each one handles it under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and plans at any time. Email info@cognizantleader.com.
